We provide a cost effective solution to manage your contingent workforce by handling the end-to-end life cycle of a worker from entry to exit.
We perform BG checks, co-ordinate Drug tests or Finger Prints as per the client’s compliance requirement and notify the outcome to the relevant authorities.
We collect the required tax forms, employment contracts and employment eligibility information to ensure a statutorily compliant engagement.
We initiate E-Verification to make sure that employees who work for us are legally authorized to work in the United States.
We manage all information of the workers including on-going changes to tenure, pay and bill information, etc.
We notify workers of any corporate changes and serve as the liaison to ensure policy changes and process changes are communicated and acknowledged in a timely manner.
We process post-employment unemployment claims and employment verification requests.

US Employee Benefits Administration
We communicate the firm’s employee benefits to newly started employees
We coordinate the collection of necessary enrollment forms and liaison with the benefits provider for timely enrollment
We process changes in the benefits enrollment due to any qualifying events or worker updates as per the intimation
We monitor extensions and terminations to ensure employees on benefits are accordingly extended or removed from the benefits list
We provide email support on queries related to benefits
Worker Time Management
We manage the timesheet activities for our clients in an electronic environment as well through manual paper timecards per the clients preference, for their workers on a daily basis
We follow up with workers to make sure time is entered in the respective client system or Pride system on a periodic basis
We follow up with client managers to ensure all submitted time is approved for billing and payroll purpose.
We prepare and provide payroll and billing backup files based on the collected timecard data and send to the respective team for processing
We follow up for approval on client expenses and coordinate approval updates with the relevant department for further processing
We provide round-the-clock email support to clients and workers on queries related to their system logins, time entry corrections, finding alternate approvers, etc.
US Payroll Processing
We process payroll for employees of the organization through ERP solutions such as GP (Great Plains) and payroll solutions such as ADP.
We deduct statutory taxes like Federal, Social Security, Med, State and Local tax and pay to appropriate Agency /State.
We deduct Garnishments, Tax Levies and Support Orders as applicable
We deduct 401K for employees per client provision and pay to 401K agency
We process benefits of the firm such as Medical insurance, Dental insurance, Life insurance, Commute and Vision, etc. as part of the payroll disbursement
